Forest Green Eyeliner & Bright Lip Tutorial | YouTube

I've recently been obsessed with wearing dark colours as eyeliners, especially shades which at first glance look black. This is a great way to incorporate more colour into your makeup routine and if you chose a contrasting colour you can really make your eyes pop.
